关于BFC NEWGEN MEN 英国时装理事会(BFC)的NEWGEN资助项目是为英国年轻天才设计师所设。该项目于1993年启动，由Topshop赞助，为有前途的设计师提供包括财政和商业指导形式的支持。获此项资助过的设计师包括亚历山大·麦克奎因(Alexander Mc Queen)、克里斯托弗·凯恩(christopher Kane)、马修·威廉森(Matthew Williamson)、理查德·尼克尔(Richard Nicoll)和艾德姆(Erdem)。
而该项目针对男装设计师则推出BFC NEWGEN MEN，赞助商也一并改为Topman。
